Air fryer pork chops with Brussels sprouts
An air fryer isn't only for meat, vegetables can also be cooked to perfection in the little oven

Ingredients
- 1 250 gram bone-in centre-cut pork chop
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teasponn Dijon mustard
- 170 grams Brussels sprouts, quartered
- Cooking spray
Method

1Preheat an air fryer to 200°C.

2Lightly coat pork chop with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and half of the pepper. Whisk together oil, maple syrup, mustard, and the remaining pepper in a bowl. Add Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.

3Put pork on 1 side of fryer basket and Brussels sprouts on the other. Cook for 10 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
