- 125 gram unsalted butter
- 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup brandy
Method

1Place butter and vanilla seeds into a bowl and beat with electric beaters for a few minutes until creamy.

2Gradually add icing sugar and brandy, beating well and scraping down the sides of the bowl between each addition, until smooth.

3Cover and refrigerate until required. Serve with Christmas pudding.
