Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 brown onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 500 grams lamb mince
- 450 gram jar tomato passata
- 125 grams mushrooms, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1胡萝卜切碎
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Topping
- 6 sebago potatoes, peeled
- 60 grams butter, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk, heated
- 3/4 cup grated tasty cheese
Method

1In a frying pan, heat oil on high. Saute onion and garlic 2-3 mins until tender. Add mince. Cook 5-6 mins, breaking up lumps, until evenly browned.

2Stir in passata, vegetables, stock and sauce. Simmer 35-40 mins, stirring occasionally, until reduced. Preheat oven to 200°C.
Topping

3Meanwhile, place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to boil on high 20-25 mins until tender. Drain well and mash. Stir in butter and milk. Season to taste.

4Spoon mince mix into a 6-cup casserole dish. Spread over mash, roughing up surface with a fork. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15-20 mins until golden.
