Ingredients
Burgers with mustard mayonnaise
- 500 gram beef mince
- 1/2 cup (40 grams) packaged seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/4 cup (70 millilitres) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 large white onions, thinly sliced
- 4 hamburger buns
- 8 green oak leaf lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 cup (150 grams) mayonnaise
Method
Burgers with mustard mayonnaise

1Combine mince, stuffing mix, sauce and parsley in medium bowl. Shape mixture into four patties.

2Cook patties on heated oiled barbecue, uncovered, until browned and cooked through.

3Meanwhile, cook onion on heated oiled barbecue plate until soft and browned.

4Split buns in half. Place each half, cut-side down, onto barbecue; cook until lightly toasted.

5Sandwich lettuce, tomato, patties, combined mustard and mayonnaise and onion between bun halves.
