Ingredients

Cherry parfait with crunchy sesame topping
  • 1/4 cup (35g) sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup (30g) rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup (55g) demerara sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup (350g) plain yoghurt
  • 1 1/4 cup (30g) mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoon ginger in syrup, drained, chopped
  • 500 gram cherries, halved, pitted

Method

    把芝麻和燕麦片在煎pan; toast on medium heat 5 minutes, shaking pan frequently, until lightly browned. Remove from pan; cool. Mix well with sugar.

    In a bowl, gently combine yoghurt and mascarpone until smooth. Stir through chopped ginger.

    Meanwhile, divide cherries between four serving bowls or glasses. Spoon over yoghurt mixture; sprinkle with sesame seed and oat topping. Serve immediately.
