Ingredients

Creamy mashed potatoes
  • 750 gram potatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 60 gram butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) hot pouring cream

Method

Creamy mashed potatoes

    Boil, steam or microwave potato until tender; drain.
