Ham and pasta caesar salad
- 500 gram fusilli
- 1 bunch (170 grams) asparagus, cut diagonally into 3cm lengths
- 3/4 cup frozen peas
- 100 gram shaved ham, finely shredded
- 1 cup bought caesar salad dressing
- 1/3 cup shredded parmesan
Method
Ham and pasta caesar salad

1In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 minutes; add asparagus and peas, then cook for 2 minutes more or until tender. Drain; refresh under cold running water. Drain well, then transfer to a large bowl.

2Add ham and dressing to pasta mixture. Season. Mix well to combine. Chill 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
Notes
Use green beans instead of asparagus. Use shredded cooked chicken instead of ham.
