Pimm's punch
Pimm's is a gin-based liquor infused with liqueur, fruit juices and spices. We've added fresh fruit, fragrant mint and cooling cucumber to create a refreshing alcoholic punch, perfect for warm summer evenings.

Ingredients
Pimm's punch
- 700 millilitre bottle pimm's no.1
- 1/2 cup (125ml) gin
- 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cup (500ml) lemonade, chilled
- 1 lebanese cucumber, halved, seeded
- 1 medium green apple, chopped finely
- 1 medium orange, peeled, sliced
- 10 mint leaves
- 5 cup ice, to serve
Method
Pimm's punch

1Pour the Pimms, gin, juice, sugar and lemonade into a large jug; stir to combine.

2Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into long ribbons. Add cucumber to the jug with the fruit and mint.

3Fill glasses with ice. Pour over punch.
Notes
Not suitable to freeze.
