Pimm's punch

Pimm's is a gin-based liquor infused with liqueur, fruit juices and spices. We've added fresh fruit, fragrant mint and cooling cucumber to create a refreshing alcoholic punch, perfect for warm summer evenings.

Ingredients

Pimm's punch
  • 700 millilitre bottle pimm's no.1
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) gin
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cup (500ml) lemonade, chilled
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, halved, seeded
  • 1 medium green apple, chopped finely
  • 1 medium orange, peeled, sliced
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 5 cup ice, to serve

Method

Pimm's punch
  • 1
    Pour the Pimms, gin, juice, sugar and lemonade into a large jug; stir to combine.

    Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into long ribbons. Add cucumber to the jug with the fruit and mint.

    Fill glasses with ice. Pour over punch.
