Sparkling berry punch
This refreshing sparkling berry punch recipe was made to be enjoyed in the summer sun! Make an alcohol free version by swapping wine for sparkling grape juice, lemonade or soda water

Ingredients
- 250 gram mixed fresh or frozen berries
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 lime, juice and zest
- 1 cup water
- 1 bottle sparkling wine
- mint and lime wedges
Method

1Whizz the frozen or fresh berries with the caster sugar, lime juice and zest and water until finely blended. Place in a jug and top up with the sparkling wine. Serve with mint and lime wedges.
Notes
