Aioli
This delicious garlic mayonnaise is so simple to make. Serve it alongside fish, chicken, on sandwiches or to accompany a bowl of hot chips.

Ingredients
Aioli
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon white wine, vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 cup (250ml) olive oil
Method
Aioli

1Place egg yolks, garlic, mustard and half of vinegar in a food processor; blend for a few seconds.

2With motor running, gradually add oil in a thin steady stream, ensuring each addition is absorbed before adding more. Blend in remaining vinegar. Season, spoon into a serving bowl.
