Amaretti peaches
我t doesn't get much better than deliciously tender warm grilled peaches with a crusty, biscuit top - all served with fresh mascarpone.

Amaretti peaches
- 2 800g cans peach halves, drained
- 1 cup (100g) crushed amaretti biscuits or almond bread
- 2 tablespoon almond meal (ground almonds)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup (160ml) marsala
- 30 gram butter, chopped
- mascarpone, to serve
Method
Amaretti peaches

1Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Arrange peaches, cut-side up, in an ovenproof dish. Combine biscuit crumbs, almond meal and cocoa in a bowl. Spoon liberally into each peach cavity.

2Drizzle marsala over peaches and dot with butter. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve peaches warm with mascarpone.
