Ingredients
Angnolotti with salami and capsicum sauce
- 100 gram sliced salami
- 625 gram packet spinach and ricotta agnolotti
- 2 345g jars summer capsicum pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped oregano
- shaved parmesan, to serve
Method
Angnolotti with salami and capsicum sauce

1Heat a frying pan on medium. Cook salami slices for 1-2 minutes, until crisp. Drain on paper towel, then break into pieces. Set aside.

2Cook agnolotti according to packet directions. Meanwhile, return frying pan to heat with sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium, until heated through.

3Drain pasta well and add to sauce with oregano. Toss to combine and season to taste.

4Serve topped with crisp salami and shaved parmesan.
