  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 2/3 cup (16oml) orange juice
  • 1/2 cup (140g) yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Method

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

Try making this smoothie recipe using 1 banana, 1 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 cup of natural yogurt.
