Banana, craisin and macadamia muffins
- 1又1/2杯(225g) self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
- 1/3 cup (45g) craisins
- 1/3 cup (45g) chopped macadamias, toasted
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1 1/2 eggs, beaten lightly
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup (85ml) vegetable oil
Method

1Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease 12-hole (1/3-cup/80ml) muffin pan.

2Combine flour, sugar, craisins and nuts in a large bowl; stir in combined banana, eggs, milk and oil. Do not over-mix; mixture should be lumpy.

3Spoon mixture into prepared pan holes, fill each hole three-quarters full; bake about 15-20 minutes. Stand muffins 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
