  • 2 cup (320g) shredded chinese barbecued duck meat
  • 32 x 4cm tartlet cases
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 centimetre piece fresh ginger (10g), grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced thinly

    Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced).

    Divide meat among tartlet cases.

    Put sauce and ginger in screw-top jar; shake well. Divide mixture among tartlets.
