Barbecued duck and ginger tartlets
- 2 cup (320g) shredded chinese barbecued duck meat
- 32 x 4cm tartlet cases
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 centimetre piece fresh ginger (10g), grated
- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
Method
Barbecued duck and ginger tartlets

1Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced).

2Divide meat among tartlet cases.

3Put sauce and ginger in screw-top jar; shake well. Divide mixture among tartlets.

4Cook in oven 5 minutes; serve tartlets topped with onion.
