Barbecued lamb short loin chops
- 1/2 cup (125ml) teriyaki with roast garlic marinade
- 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 8 lamb short loin chops, trimmed
- jacket potatoes and salad, to serve
Method
Barbecued lamb short loin chops

1Combine teriyaki, chilli and hoisin sauces in a shallow dish. Add chops, turning to coat. Chill for at least 15 minutes, basting occasionally.

2Preheat barbecue or char-grill to high. Cook chops for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve with jacket potatoes and salad.
