Barbecued lamb short loin chops
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) teriyaki with roast garlic marinade
  • 2 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 8 lamb short loin chops, trimmed
  • jacket potatoes and salad, to serve

Method

Barbecued lamb short loin chops

    Combine teriyaki, chilli and hoisin sauces in a shallow dish. Add chops, turning to coat. Chill for at least 15 minutes, basting occasionally.

    Preheat barbecue or char-grill to high. Cook chops for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Serve with jacket potatoes and salad.
