Ingredients
BBQ chicken pizza
- 1 small red capsicum, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
- cooking oil spray
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 2/3 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 3 teaspoon vegetable or olive oil
- 2/3 cup passata or tomato pasta sauce
- 150 gram leg ham
- 150 gram shaved chicken breast, chopped
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced
- 120 gram ricotta, crumbled
- 2/3 cup pizza cheese
Method

1Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Place capsicum and onion in a roasting pan. Spray with oil, toss to coat. Bake, 12-15 minutes, or until tender.

2Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. While veggies are roasting combine flours in a medium bowl. Add milk, water and oil. Using hands, mix to form a smooth dough.

3Divide dough in half. Roll out each half into a 24cm round and place on prepared trays.

4Bake pizza bases, 5 minutes, or until light golden. Remove from oven. Top with pasta sauce, roast veggies, ham and chicken. Drizzle with barbecue sauce and top with olives and cheeses. Bake, 12-15 minutes, or until cheese melts and bases are golden.
