Ingredients
Beef in black bean sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 450 gram budget beef rump, thinly sliced
- 500 gram packet frozen stir-fry asian vegetables
- 2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup stir-fry black bean sauce
- cooked long grain white rice, to serve
Method
Beef in black bean sauce

1加热锅在高温或大煎锅。添加1 tablespoon oil; swirl to coat surface.

2Stir-fry beef, in batches, 2 minutes each batch, or until browned and just cooked. Set aside.

3Heat remaining oil in wok over moderately high heat. Add vegetables and ginger; stir-fry 2 minutes, or until vegetables are hot. Add water; cover and cook 1 minute, or until vegetables are just tender.

4添加black bean sauce to wok; toss well to combine. Add beef to wok; toss until heated.

5Serve with rice.
