Ingredients
Beef kofta curry
- 500 gram lean beef mince
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoon natural yoghurt
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground chilli
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 540 gram jar rogan josh simmer sauce
- steamed rice, coriander, to serve
Method

1Combine all ingredients, except oil and sauce, in a large bowl. Season. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

2Preheat oven to 180°C. Shape heaped tablespoons of beef mixture into balls. Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Cook kofta in batches for 3-4 minutes, until browned. Transfer to an ovenproof dish.

3Pour over sauce. Bake, covered, for 25-30 minutes. Serve with rice and top with coriander.
