Bocconcini and salami pizza

Ingredients
Bocconcini and salami pizza
- basic pizza dough
- 1/2 cup (130g) tomato passata
- 100 gram salami, thinly sliced
- 250 gram red and yellow grape tomatoes, halved
- 200 gram bocconcini balls, halved
- 1/4 cup basil
- 2 cup salad greens, to serve
Method
Bocconcini and salami pizza

1Preheat oven to 240°C (220°C fan-forced). Lightly grease two baking trays.

2Punch down dough. On a floured surface, knead until smooth. Halve. Use a dusted roiling pin to roll into 30cm rounds. Place on trays.

3Spread with passata. Top with salami, tomato and bocconcini. Bake for 15 mins, until base is crisp and cheese is melted. Scatter with basil. Serve with salad greens.
