Bow tie pasta with bacon and spinach
- 350 gram bow tie pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 rashers rindless bacon, thickly sliced
- 3 ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta
Method

1煮意大利面用一个大平底锅煮咸的water, following packet directions. Drain well, then return to pan and keep hot.

2Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Fry bacon, turning, for 3-4 minutes until crisp.

3Add tomato, spinach and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes until tomato is soft.

4Add tomato mixture to pasta and toss over low heat. Season to taste. Serve topped with feta.
