  • 1 plain wholegrain english muffin, split
  • 1 tablespoon salt-reduced tomato puree
  • 4 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup (30g) light cheddar, grated

Method

Breakfast pizza

    Lightly toast outside crust of muffin. Spread puree on untoasted side. Scatter with mushrooms and sprinkle with cheddar.

    Cook under a preheated grill, until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
