Breakfast pizza
- 1 plain wholegrain english muffin, split
- 1 tablespoon salt-reduced tomato puree
- 4 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (30g) light cheddar, grated
Method
Breakfast pizza

1Lightly toast outside crust of muffin. Spread puree on untoasted side. Scatter with mushrooms and sprinkle with cheddar.

2Cook under a preheated grill, until cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
