Breakfast plum and banana frappe
- 4 blood plums (400g tin plums, drained and pitted)
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 1杯酸奶1杯自然
- 1/3 cup wheat bran
- 2 tablespoon treacle
- 2 cup ice
Method
Breakfast plum and banana frappe

1Place plums in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes; cool slightly. Peel off skin and coarsely chop; place in a blender jug.

2Blend or process plums with remaining ingredients.
