  • 4 blood plums (400g tin plums, drained and pitted)
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 1杯酸奶1杯自然
  • 1/3 cup wheat bran
  • 2 tablespoon treacle
  • 2 cup ice

Method

Breakfast plum and banana frappe

    Place plums in a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes; cool slightly. Peel off skin and coarsely chop; place in a blender jug.
