Ingredients
Brisa de verano
- ice
- 30 millilitre gin
- 15 millilitre east india sherry (medium sweet sherry)
- 2 limes, squeezed
- aloe vera juice
- cucumber, to garnish
Method
Brisa de verano

1Fill up a short glass with ice and add gin, sherry and lime juice.

2Top up with aloe vera juice and garnish with a long strip of cucumber to serve.
