Ingredients

Brunch roll
  • 4 soft wholemeal bread rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup barbecue or tomato sauce
  • 4 hardboiled eggs, peeled, sliced
  • 4 slice (8 shaved slices) ham
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • fruit or fruit juice, to serve

Method

Brunch roll
  • 1
    Spread each roll with sauce.
  • 2
    Fill each with a sliced egg, sliced ham, alfalfa and a squeeze of mayonnaise.
  • 3
    Serve with fruit or fruit juice, if you like.

Notes

These rolls make a great lunchbox addition.
