Ingredients
Brunch roll
- 4 soft wholemeal bread rolls, split
- 1/4 cup barbecue or tomato sauce
- 4 hardboiled eggs, peeled, sliced
- 4 slice (8 shaved slices) ham
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- fruit or fruit juice, to serve
Method
Brunch roll

1Spread each roll with sauce.

2Fill each with a sliced egg, sliced ham, alfalfa and a squeeze of mayonnaise.

3Serve with fruit or fruit juice, if you like.
Notes
These rolls make a great lunchbox addition.
