Ingredients

Cajun crusted tuna with salsa
  • 4 120g tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoon cajun spice mix
  • green salad, to serve
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 birdseye chilli, seeded, finely chopped

Method

Cajun crusted tuna with salsa

    Preheat a chargrill or barbecue plate on medium. Coat tuna with spice mix.

    Combine salsa ingredients in a bowl.

    Spray chargrill or barbecue plate with cooking oil spray. Cook fish for 2-3 minutes each side, depending on thickness. Serve with salsa and salad.
