Char siu pork stir-fry

Ingredients
Char siu pork stir-fry
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 400 gram pork fillet, trimmed, sliced
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/3 cup char siu sauce
- 2 tablespoon salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1 bunch baby buk choy, quartered
- 100 gram sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 450 gram packet hokkien noodles
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
Method
Char siu pork stir-fry

1Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry pork 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside.

2Add remaining oil to wok and heat on high. Stir-fry broccoli 2-3 minutes until just tender.

3Add sauces, buk choy and peas. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes, until just tender.

4Soak noodles according to packet instructions. Add noodles and pork to vegetables.

5Stir-fry 1-2 minutes until heated through. Serve topped with sesame seeds.
Notes
1 broccoli head will make about 1 cup of florets. Soak noodles in just-boiled water for a minute or two and separate with a fork. Drain well before using
