Cheese palmiers

Ingredients
- 2 sheets puff pastry
- 1/2 cup (40g) finely grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped chives
Method

1Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease 2 baking trays and line with baking paper.

2Place pastry sheets on bench. Top with combined parmesan and chives. Season to taste. Roll 1 end of 1 sheet tightly to halfway. Repeat with other end to meet in middle. Repeat with second sheet of pastry. Cover in plastic wrap. Chill for 10 minutes.

3Cut rolled up pastry into 1cm slices. Place on prepared trays, leaving a 2cm space between each. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crisp.
