Ingredients
Cheesy tuna bake
- 400 gram cooked macaroni
- 425克可以在泉水金枪鱼,排水
- 280 gram jar artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
- 250 gram sour cream
- 50 gram baby beans, trimmed and cut into 3cm lengths, blanched
- 1/4 cup (40 grams) sliced green olives
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 cup (100 grams) grated mozzarella
- 1/4 cup (20 grams) grated parmesan
Method
Cheesy tuna bake

1Preheat oven to 180°C.

2In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, tuna, artichokes, sour cream, baby beans, green olives, parsley, lemon juice and capers. Season to taste.

3Spoon into large casserole dish. Sprinkle with combined mozzarella and parmesan and bake 15-20 minutes, until golden.
Notes
If desired, place bake under a hot grill during last 5 minutes of cooking for a crisper, more golden result.
