Cheesy twist muffins
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 english-style muffins, halved
Method

1Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix spring onions, cheese, curry powder and mayonnaise together in a bowl.

2Halve the English muffins and place on a cold oven tray, then bake for 5 to 8 minutes until golden.

3Remove from the oven and spread with cheese mixture.

4Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
