Cheesy twist muffins
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 english-style muffins, halved

Method

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix spring onions, cheese, curry powder and mayonnaise together in a bowl.

    Halve the English muffins and place on a cold oven tray, then bake for 5 to 8 minutes until golden.

    Remove from the oven and spread with cheese mixture.

    Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
