Ingredients

Choc-dipped mallows
  • 250 gram packet mega mallows
  • 125 gram nestle milk melts
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 20 gram butter
  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut
  • hundreds and thousands
  • 20 paddle pop sticks

Method

Choc-dipped mallows

    Combine milk Melts, cream and butter in a heat-resistant bowl.

    Place bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (do not allow water to touch base of bowl), stand until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally. Open Mega mallows and insert a paddle pop stick in each marshmallow.

    To serve, dip marshmallows in chocolate mixture then roll in your choice of hundreds and thousands or toasted coconut.

Notes

Chocolate mixture can be prepared a day ahead. Keep covered in refrigerator and reheat just before serving.
