Choc mint dominoes
-
1Grease and line base and sides of a 30 x 20cm (base measurement) slice pan with baking paper, extending paper on long sides for handles.
-
2Combine coconut, icing sugar, condensed milk and essence in a large bowl. Tint with few drops green food colouring.
-
3Press mixture evenly into prepared pan; smooth surface. Cover with plastic food wrap. Chill 30 minutes, or until set. Remove from pan; cut into 24 rectangles.
-
4Place chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water (do not let water touch base of bowl). Stir with a metal spoon, until melted. Transfer melted chocolate into a small jug.
-
5Using writing gel, pipe dots onto dominoes, to create numbers. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
-
6Dip biscuit pieces halfway into chocolate, letting excess drain. Place biscuits on prepared tray. Set aside in cool place 30 minutes, to set chocolate. Serve.
