Ingredients
Icing
- 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 10克黄油
- 2 tablespoon hot water
Chocolate and coconut slice
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoon baking cocoa
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra, to sprinkle
- 125 gram melted butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method

1Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line a 20 x 30cm slice pan, extending baking paper 2cm over long sides.

2Sift flours and cocoa into a large bowl. Stir in sugar and coconut. Make a well in centre of the mixture.

3In a jug, whisk butter, egg and vanilla together. Add to flour mixture, stirring to combine.

4Press mixture firmly into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, until starting to come away from the sides.
