Ingredients

Icing
  • 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon baking cocoa
  • 10克黄油
  • 2 tablespoon hot water
Chocolate and coconut slice
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoon baking cocoa
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra, to sprinkle
  • 125 gram melted butter
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

    Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Lightly grease and line a 20 x 30cm slice pan, extending baking paper 2cm over long sides.

    Sift flours and cocoa into a large bowl. Stir in sugar and coconut. Make a well in centre of the mixture.

    In a jug, whisk butter, egg and vanilla together. Add to flour mixture, stirring to combine.

    Press mixture firmly into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, until starting to come away from the sides.
