Chocolate crepes
The French dessert that will have every chocoholic craving more. These chocolate crepes are easy yet decadent and serve as a sweet start or end to your day.

Ingredients
Custard
- 2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1/4 cup custard powder
- 1 cup chocolate pieces, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup thickened cream, whipped
Chocolate crepes
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1又1/2杯牛奶
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped, melted
- 15 gram butter, melted
- mixed berries and icing sugar, to serve
Method
Chocolate crepes

1Stir flour into a bowl. Mix in sugar. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients.

2Gradually whisk in milk and eggs to form a smooth batter the consistency of pouring cream. Whisk in chocolate. Set aside.

3Heat a small frying pan (or crepe pan) on medium. Brush with a little butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan, swirling pan to cover base. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

4Transfer to a plate. Continue with remaining batter, brushing pan with butter as required. Set aside until ready to assemble.

5To make the custard, combine milk and sugar in a saucepan. Heat on low for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until sugar dissolves. in a small bowl, mix custard powder with a little milk, to a smooth paste. Stir mixture into remaining milk. Return to a medium heat, stirring, for 1-2 minutes, until thickened and bubbling. Reduce heat. Simmer for 3 minutes. Whisk in chocolate and eggs. Allow to cool slightly and stir cream through.

6Fill crepes with custard and berries. Serve folded with extra dollop of custard and dusting of icing sugar.
