Chocolate-dipped fruit
- 2 1/2 cup (375g) milk, white or dark chocolate melts
- 2 (400g) bananas, thickly sliced
- 250 gram strawberries
- 3/4 cup (110g) dried apricots
Method

1Line a tray with baking paper.

2Place melts in microwave-safe bowl; cook on MEDIUM-LOW (30%) in microwave oven for 1 minute. Using oven mitts, remove bowl from microwave oven; stir chocolate, return bowl to microwave oven. Repeat cooking and stirring a minute at a time until chocolate is melted.

3Dip fruit, one piece at a time, into chocolate to coat about three-quarters of each piece of fruit. Place fruit in single layer on prepared tray. Refrigerate until set
