Chocolate fondue
Fresh strawberries, peach slices, biscotti and marshmallow make delicious dunkers for this rich easy-to-make chocolate fondue that�s a great way to make dessert more interactive.

Ingredients
Chocolate fondue
- 3/4 cup thickened cream
- 150 gram dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 10 marshmallows
- 1 tablespoon cointreau or rum
- strawberries, peach slices, biscotti, marshmallows, biscotti, to serve
Method
Chocolate fondue

1Place cream in a small saucepan and heat on medium until just boiling.

2Reduce heat to low and stir chocolate and marshmallows through until smooth. Remove from heat and stir Cointreau through.

3Arrange fruit, biscotti and marshmallows on a platter. Pour chocolate mixture into a heatproof bowl. Serve with skewers for dipping if liked.
