Chocolate fondue

Fresh strawberries, peach slices, biscotti and marshmallow make delicious dunkers for this rich easy-to-make chocolate fondue that�s a great way to make dessert more interactive.

Ingredients

Chocolate fondue
  • 3/4 cup thickened cream
  • 150 gram dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 10 marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon cointreau or rum
  • strawberries, peach slices, biscotti, marshmallows, biscotti, to serve

Method

Chocolate fondue
  • 1
    Place cream in a small saucepan and heat on medium until just boiling.
  • 2
    Reduce heat to low and stir chocolate and marshmallows through until smooth. Remove from heat and stir Cointreau through.
  • 3
    Arrange fruit, biscotti and marshmallows on a platter. Pour chocolate mixture into a heatproof bowl. Serve with skewers for dipping if liked.
