Chocolaty bananas
  • 4 unpeeled bananas
  • 150 gram dark eating chocolate coarsely
  • 2 tablespoon rum

Method

    Cut 12cm-long slit in 4 unpeeled bananas, place bananas on pieces of foil.

    Chop 150g dark eating chocolate coarsely, divide among slits. Drizzle 2 tablespoons rum into slits, wrap bananas in foil.

    Cook on heated grill plate about 30 minutes or until skins blacken.

    Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
