Ingredients
Chocolaty bananas
- 4 unpeeled bananas
- 150 gram dark eating chocolate coarsely
- 2 tablespoon rum
Method
Chocolaty bananas

1Cut 12cm-long slit in 4 unpeeled bananas, place bananas on pieces of foil.

2Chop 150g dark eating chocolate coarsely, divide among slits. Drizzle 2 tablespoons rum into slits, wrap bananas in foil.

3Cook on heated grill plate about 30 minutes or until skins blacken.

4Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
