Cinnamon oranges
These oranges are a great side to any dessert adding that touch of extra sweetness.

Ingredients
Cinnamon oranges
- 1 cup water
- 80 gram manuka honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 cloves
- 1 piece orange rind
- 8 oranges, peeled and sliced or segmented
Method
Cinnamon oranges

1Put the water, honey, cinnamon, cloves and orange rind in a small pot and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, then leave to cool completely.

2Put the sliced or segmented oranges in a bowl, pour the cooled syrup over them. Serve.
