Corn, tomato and basil salad
- 1 x 420g canned corn kerrnels
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup shredded basil leaves
Method
Corn, tomato and basil salad

1Place kernels in a medium-sized salad bowl. Add garlic, tomato, onion, vinegar and basil.

2Season to taste and mix well to combine. Serve.
