Ingredients
Cranberry & red onion relish
- 50克的屁股er
- 3 (900g) red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 kilogram frozen cranberries
- 2 cup (440g) firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup (250ml) brown vinegar
- 1/2 cup (125ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon coarse cooking salt
- 4 whole cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
Method
Cranberry & red onion relish

1Melt butter in large saucepan. Stir onion over medium heat until soft.

2Add remaining ingredients and stir over heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 1 hour or until thick.

3Pour relish into hot sterilised jars and seal immediately.
