Creamy polenta
  • 3 cup (750ml) milk
  • 1 1/2 cup (125ml) water
  • 1 cup (170g) polenta
  • 1/2 cup (40g) finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 30 gram (1 ounce) butter, chopped

Method

    Bring milk and the water to the boil in large saucepan.

    Gradually add polenta to liquid, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens. Stir in cheese and butter.
