Ingredients
Creamy polenta
- 3 cup (750ml) milk
- 1 1/2 cup (125ml) water
- 1 cup (170g) polenta
- 1/2 cup (40g) finely grated parmesan cheese
- 30 gram (1 ounce) butter, chopped
Method
Creamy polenta

1Bring milk and the water to the boil in large saucepan.

2Gradually add polenta to liquid, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens. Stir in cheese and butter.
