Ingredients
Easy sausage pasta
- 4 thin beef sausages
- 100克蘑菇,切片
- 500 gram jar tomato pasta sauce
- 200 gram penne pasta
- 1/4 cup shredded basil
- 1/4 cup (20g) grated parmesan
Method

1Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook sausages 10 minutes, turning, until browned and cooked. Rest 5 minutes. Slice diagonally.

2Return sliced sausage and mushrooms to frying pan on medium heat. Cook 2-3 minutes, until mushrooms are starting to colour and soften. Stir through pasta sauce. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Season to taste.

3Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Cook pasta according to packet directions. Drain. Toss through sauce with basil. Serve topped with parmesan and salad.
