Ingredients
English muffin & juice
- 600 gram piece peeled fresh pineapple
- 2 large_piece oranges peeled
- 24 fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 2/3 cup iced water
- 1 tablespoon jam
- 2 split, toasted wholemeal english muffins
Method
English muffin & juice

1Blend or process pineapple, oranges and mint leaves until smooth. Pour into a medium jug. Stir in cup lime juice and iced water. Spread jam on english muffins, serve with juice.
Notes
serving per person for each of the five food groups 2 serves fruit; ½ serve grain foods
