Ingredients

English muffin & juice
  • 600 gram piece peeled fresh pineapple
  • 2 large_piece oranges peeled
  • 24 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 2/3 cup iced water
  • 1 tablespoon jam
  • 2 split, toasted wholemeal english muffins

Method

English muffin & juice
  • 1
    Blend or process pineapple, oranges and mint leaves until smooth. Pour into a medium jug. Stir in cup lime juice and iced water. Spread jam on english muffins, serve with juice.
