Fig, feta and mint salad
- 6 ripe figs, halved lengthways
- 250 gram goat's feta, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
Method
Fig, feta and mint salad

1Arrange figs and feta on a serving platter. Drizzle with oil and season with freshly ground pepper. Scatter with mint and serve.
