  • 6 ripe figs, halved lengthways
  • 250 gram goat's feta, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves

Method

Fig, feta and mint salad
  • 1
    Arrange figs and feta on a serving platter. Drizzle with oil and season with freshly ground pepper. Scatter with mint and serve.
