Frank and coleslaw wrap

The frankfurter wrap is a healthy alternative to the calorie overload that is the classic hot dog.

Ingredients

Frank and coleslaw wrap
  • 4 small sausages or frankfurters
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 wraps

Method

    Simmer frankfurters in water for 3 minutes until hot, drain and cool a minute. Fold wrap into a cone shape and fill with coleslaw, frankfurters and grated cheese.

Notes

The frankfurter wrap is a healthy alternative to the calorie overload that is the classic hot dog. No batter, no bun, just good old simple sauasages and coleslaw. These are great without cheese, too.
