Spoil the kids with these amazing dessert pizzas topped with strawberries, banana and caramel sauce. Perfect for a sleepover party!

Ingredients

Fruit and marshmallow dessert pizzas
  • 8 x 11cm (4½-inch) round pizza bases (340g)
  • cooking-oil spray
  • 1 small banana (130g), sliced thinly
  • 250 gram (8 ounces) strawberries, quartered
  • 60 gram (2 ounces) pink and white marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) store-bought caramel sauce

    Preheat oven to 240°C/475°F. Oil two oven or pizza trays; place in heated oven for 5 minutes.

    Place pizza bases on trays; spray with cooking oil.

    Bake pizzas 7 minutes; remove from oven. Top with banana, strawberries and marshmallows. Bake about 4 minutes or until bases are browned and crisp. Drizzle with caramel topping.
