Ingredients
Fruity chocolate melts
- 220 gram milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup (50g) raisins
- 1/3 cup (50g) dried apricots, diced
- 1/3 cup (55g) sultanas
Method
Fruity chocolate melts

1Line two baking trays with baking paper and place in freezer.

2Melt chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.

3Drop 1/2-tablespoons of chocolate onto one prepared tray. Top with 1/2 teaspoon each of raisins, apricots and sultanas. Place in freezer for 5 minutes, until set. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

4Store melts in an airtight container in fridge until ready to serve.
