Ingredients
Fruity gin spritzer
- 1 cup (250ml) dry gin, chilled
- 1.25 litre blood orange-flavoured mineral water, chilled
- 1/2 cup (125ml) orange juice, chilled
- 1/2 cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp
- 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
- 3 (450g) yellow peaches, halved, stones removed, sliced thinly
- 3 (340g) plums, halved, stones removed, cut into thin wedges
- 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh mint leaves
- crushed ice, to serve
Method
Fruity gin spritzer

1Place gin, mineral water, juice, pulp and orange blossom water in a large jug. Stir to combine. Add fruit and mint and stir to combine. Serve chilled, over ice.
Notes
You need 2 oranges and 5 passionfruit for this recipe.
