Ingredients
Garden salad with iceberg lettuce
- 1 iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges
- 100 gram shaved ham, shredded
- 3/4 cup (90g) grated cheese
- 1 bunch radish, thinly sliced, shredded
- 1 cup (120g) frozen peas, blanched
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Mustard dressing
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Method
Garden salad with iceberg lettuce

1Arrange lettuce wedges around edge of a large serving platter. Toss together ham and cheese and pile in centre of platter. Top with radish and peas and scatter egg over.

2Drizzle dressing over lettuce wedges and serve immediately.
Mustard dressing

3Whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
