Garlic croûtons
- 250 gram (8-ounce) piece ciabatta bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
Method

1Preheat oven to 200ºC. Cut ciabatta bread into 2cm (¾-inch) cubes; combine with olive oil and crushed garlic cloves in a large bowl. Place bread, in a single layer, on an oven tray; toast, in oven, turning occasionally, for 20 minutes or until browned lightly and crisp.
